Together with HOPE Entrepreneurship, De Investeerdersclub is giving a two-day training for both Dutch- and English-speaking entrepreneurs seeking to attract informal investment capital. The training takes place on January 27th at YES!Delft and February 10th at Caballerofabriek

Participating entrepreneurs will learn the unwritten rules on how and when to seduce an investor, the implications of bringing in outside capital as well as tips on honing business propositions and perfecting a pitch. These skills are taught through workshops and group sessions led by informal investors.

The program:

Day One
10.00 – 10.30 Welcome & Coffee
10.30 – 11.00 Introduction Round
11.00 – 13.00 Informal Investment: Is it for me?
13.00 – 14.00 Lunch
14.00 – 16.00 Put that coffee down: The art of entrepreneurship
16.00 – 16.15 Coffee Break
16.15 – 18.15 Business propositions for informals

Day Two
10.00 – 10.30 Welcome & Coffee
10.30 – 11.00 Pitching Round
11.00 – 12.30 The informal view on marketing, sales, partners & the team
12.30 – 13.30 Lunch
13.30 – 15.00 Advisors, financial planning, cashflow & valuation
15.00 – 15.15 Coffee Break
15.15 – 16.45 Timing: Investments, term sheets and exits
16.45 – 18.15 Pitching round and feedback
